We have a rental car in Israel that we cannot take across the border to go diving in Aqaba, any suggestions on a safe place to park it for about 4 days?

There is no organized parking lot in Eilat for such a purpose. Your best option is probably to leave the car in the parking lot of one of the hotels in the Hotel Area in eilat.
