                I am an Indian had benn working  Isrotel Royal Beach, Eilat, Israel from February 20004 to February 2007.  I returned from Israel due to expire of my work permit.  Now I wish to visit Israel.  So kindly inform me what formalities I have to follow to get Tourist Visa to Israel.
