Shouldn't that be clearer?  If calling from abroad, one doesn't include the 0 digit for any phone number in Israel.

It should be (972-50) 875-3742.  The office number is (972-2) 9944019

 Thank you for your clarification - yes, the 0 in the "area code" should have been omitted and the numbers for calling from abroad are indeed as you have clarified.
