I heard that some years ago there were passenger ferries operating between Haifa and Greece. Is this service still operating and if so where can i find information on timetables and prices etc.

Ferry service is not available for a few years now. The only suggestion is that you take a cruise along the mediterranean, or joing a part of the cruise from Greece to Haifa.

Last month I booked my france ferry trip with norfolkline, it sailed in the dover dunkerque route. the dover port was pretty big. my copassenger was saying Haifa has got a equally big port and is called the major port in northwestern Israel.. Is it true
