I am celebrating my son's bar mitzvah in Jerusalem next June and I am looking for an experienced licensed tour guide.  There will be 8 adults and 4 children (ages 5-14) and we will be touring from June 17 thru June 29, 2009.  We would like to hire a tour guide with an air conditioned minibus who can guide us for 12 days.  We would like to cover as many sites/areas as possible while leaving plenty of time to participate in leisure activities.  Most of us have never been to Israel.

There are a number of great guides. You will likely be most comfortable in a 19-seater bus. We used Yisrael Neaman when we celebrated our daughter's bat mitzvah here in 2004 and we were very happy. He works with an educational organization called Livnot and is good for many generations or participants. If you haven't booked a guide yet - you will need to go fast. Tourism here is at a high.
