 My family and I will be renting an apartment in Jerusalem for most of August. The apartment has internet access but no television. Is there a way to rent a televsion while we are in Israel?

I don't know if you can rent a television in Israel. You can buy a used (small) set for about 100 US $ over the second-hand ads in the local newspapers or in electronic repair shops. Still you have to check if the apartment has a connection to cables or to an antenna or else you won't be able to receive any channel.

I recommend that you ask your landlord to buy a tv set for you.
