    Hi, I don't know if it's the cheapest, but the easiest way is to fly. It's about an hour (maybe a little more) flight. As far as I know, your other option is to join a cruise that stops in Turkey.

    Try contacting several of them and see which one you like best, gives you a good reasonable price to the itinerary most suited you. Another option is to rent a car a travel on your own, and for specific places, like Jerusalem for instance, hire a tour guide for a day or two.     Israel may be a small country, but there are tons of things to see and do there. I would suggest that you decide what interests you the most, and customise an itinerary that will suit your needs and likings. If you don't hire a tour guide, I would suggest you rent a car.     Ferry service is not available for a few years now. The only suggestion is that you take a cruise along the mediterranean, or joing a part of the cruise from Greece to Haifa.
